The June 4th show featured a conversation with Ian Hewson. We spoke how the results of a study he and colleagues did looking at a virus associated with giant Pacific sea cucumbers (Apostichopus californicus), as well as more broadly about viruses in the environment, and the investigation leading to the discovery of the cause of a massive die off of a species of sea urchin the Caribbean.
