Report of Vaux’s Swifts over Indian River

Connor texted to let me know he saw (and photographed) a couple of Vaux’s Swifts flying over the bridge at Indian River. By the time I got there, they had apparently moved on, and didn’t come back while I was there.

I looked under the bridge and didn’t notice any obvious signs of recent American Dipper activity, so perhaps they did not end up nesting under the bridge this year.
