The September 25th show featured a conversation with Britta Jensen, geologist at the University of Alberta, Canada. Britta visited Sitka this past summer with a team of geologists to collect samples of volcanic ash. We spoke about these samples will be studied with the hope of better understanding the eruptive history of the Mt. Edgecumbe volcanic field.
