29 February Photos: Walk to Totem Park
Orange Gumdrop Fungus (Guepiniopsis alpina) observed on a drift log at Totem Park, 29 February 2008.
Presumably this is an insect larva of some sort. It was hiding under some lichen and did not move noticably when disturbed.
Driftwood Rim-lichen (Lecanora xylophila) covers this drift log on the beach at Totem Park.

Winter Green Seaweed (Prasiola sp) there are a handful of species in this genus, but I'm not sure how to distinguish them.
There are at least three species of seaweeds growing on the rock in this picture. Two green-leafy type, and a brown hairy/slimy type.
