Mammals and Amphibians
Summary: Terrestrial mammals included on this list are based on distribution information from MacDonald and Cook (2007). All but Red Fox are well known in the area. Red Fox is probably not present, but cannot be ruled out. Marine Mammals are also taken from the same source, though I have only included those that I have observed or heard of others observing in the area. Undoubtedly other species occur near Sitka, especially off-shore, and I will include those as I learn about relevant observations.
