One of our most often seen sea stars, these are found in the upper intertidal zone.
I am not sure why these Ochre Sea Stars (Pisaster ochraceus) were all gathered together on the tide flat.
Ochre Sea Stars (Pisaster ochraceus) come in more than one color.
I am not sure why the apparent holes were in this Ochre Sea Star (Pisaster ochraceus).
