Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Probably throughout in subalpine areas.
Habitat: On rocks or ground where wet or submerged, in the upper limits of the forest zone (in canyons, gorges and on cliffs), the subalpine, and occasionally the alpine.
Comments: This circumalpine to circumboreal species also displays an oceanic distribution.
