Southeastern Alaska Distribution: Throughout, but seldom reported. Most frequently in the subalpine or alpine.
Habitat: Rock crevices in the subalpine where it is damp, on moist peaty soil, in bogs, occasionally reported from wet, decaying logs.
Comments: The species is frequently fertile.
